The original developer completed Stage 1 (Lots 1–7 & Lot 900 stormwater drainage reserve) and walked off site — leaving the balance stages unfinished and buyers waiting. When the new landowners took over, they authorised SAI Holdings to take charge of the project and deliver the outstanding Stages 2A and 2B. Every one of the 12 lots is already sold. The site is currently with Energex for the final electrical works required before plan sealing — after which titles issue to buyers and the project is closed out.

Council & authority management
Coordinating Moreton Bay Regional Council, ARC Surveys and Energex on the reconfiguration of Lot 201 on SP169503 into Lots 1–12, 500 (balance) and Lot 900 (stormwater drainage reserve).
Delivering Stages 2A & 2B
Balance civil works, service connections and compliance sign-offs for the remaining 5 lots plus the balance lot — engineered to finish what was left behind.
Awaiting Energex sign-off
All lots are sold. The project is now with Energex for final electrical works before plan sealing and title issue to buyers.
